Package price: the biggest line item

Your package covers guiding, safety equipment, accommodation at Sigló Hotel, meals and in-programme transfers. It ranges from about €3,490 for heli-assisted touring to €82,990 for a private-helicopter week.

Flights to Iceland

International flights to Keflavík are separate and vary by origin and season. Some guests add a short domestic flight to Akureyri; others drive. Book flights once your dates are confirmed.

Transfers to the north

Siglufjörður is on the Troll Peninsula in North Iceland. In-programme transfers are included; travel outside the programme window is your own cost.

Heliski-specific insurance

Often overlooked and non-negotiable: you need cover that explicitly names heliskiing and off-piste, with medical evacuation. Standard ski policies usually exclude helicopter-accessed terrain.

Gear and extras

Safety equipment is provided, but personal skis, boots and clothing are yours. Rental is possible if you would rather travel light.

Gratuities

Tipping guides and lodge staff is customary and discretionary. Set aside a modest daily amount per person.
